However, the foundation of a relationship with your customers depends on trust. Therefore, you should aim at making trustworthy relationships with your audiences. Here are five common ways you can utilize to reach out to customers.   

Ask for Referrals  

Referrals are one of the best ways to increase your customer base and get in touch with new customers. However, you should not limit it to simply asking your friends and family members to share a referral. You may also create a funnel and turn it into an entire process. You may send an email to your existing customers and offer them certain rewards. It could either be a small coupon or a discount for their next purchase or activity. This is one of the ways that you may get more referrals from your known and existing customers. Therefore, you should consider using this method to reach out to new customers.   

Customize Your Approach  

The first thing you should do is create a list of your audiences. Make a list and differentiate them based on their characteristics and interests. It will help you understand the demographics and psychographics of your audience. You can create campaigns or strategies to reach your audience based on the analysis and results. You should differentiate between the kind of target audience that engage with your product and services and the audience that you wish to target. They could collaborate and offer discounts to their customers. Similarly, a maternity brand could consider partnering with a baby products brand. It could be a practical approach and may help you increase your customer base. Both the businesses can decide the offers and deals. You may also consider offering special discounts to customers from the partner brand’s referral.

You could also give away your product to bloggers and influencers and ask them to share their honest reviews. Another way of increasing the customer base could be focusing on Google reviews.
