Creative Streak

Audrey has had a passion for writing, design, and business from a young age. After graduating Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Journalism and a focus on public relations in 2015, she developed a particular interest in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Her internship at J Walcher Communications, a boutique PR agency in San Diego, gave her the opportunity to work on social media. She enjoyed creating engaging posts and building an online community. However, it was her internship with a prominent SEO figure, Jason Hennessey, that ultimately led her to pursue entrepreneurship.

Let’s Bee Social

In 2015, Audrey founded “Let’s Bee Social,” a virtual agency that focuses on helping small businesses and entrepreneurs who are looking to level up their online presence. Her team of social media experts offers services ranging from branding, web design, and optimization to social media management, content creation, and DIY consulting services to small and locally owned businesses. Audrey, who specializes in website optimization, social media management, and online branding, brings a passionate and organic approach to her services. What sets her apart is her love for finding new ways to use her creative mind to create and implement dynamic marketing strategies that promise results.

Audrey combines traditional public relations tactics with new-age search engine optimization strategies to help small businesses take their website presence to the next level. Her company’s services are tailored to push clients’ vision forward and help them completely re-optimize their websites, grow their social media followings, and create meaningful and impactful online brands to boost their online presence. With the industry’s dynamic nature, Audrey believes one has to be updated about what’s going on, not just marketing-wise but also politically and culturally, to remain relevant in the social media realm.

SEO is crucial to any business. It helps in understanding what people are searching for online, the answers they are seeking, the words they’re using, and the type of content they wish to consume. Knowing the answers to these questions will allow you to connect to the people who are searching online for the solutions you offer, and make your brand more visible, which means more traffic and opportunities to convert prospects into customers. From her personal experience, Audrey set up her website with proper SEO while starting in 2017. By 2020, it began ranking higher in her area and picked up a lot of new clients that year because of the work she had put in years before.

Flying High Amidst Challenges

Audrey has faced many challenges in her journey as a business owner, including navigating the difficulties of the pandemic. Despite budget cuts for clients and downsizing her team, she was able to bounce back quickly by finding new clients, helping to launch many new businesses, and ultimately building a stronger team than before.

Her determination to keep her business afloat and grow it even in the face of adversity is an inspiring story. Audrey believes that for any business to be successful, it is important to have a clear understanding of the “why” behind it. She said, “Knowing why you started is crucial for those moments of self-doubt or when the outcome is not what you had imagined. If you are still pursuing your purpose and working towards your goal, the obstacle is not meant to keep you from reaching your destination. Once you make your ‘why’ your mantra, both you and your business become unstoppable.”
