Education and Leadership
A native of Logan County, Ohio, Kaci graduated from Indian Lake High School and the University of Findlay with a degree in accounting. As a second-generation family member and West Ohio Tool Co. co-owner, Kaci's passion for manufacturing has been pivotal to overseeing the organization. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving the company's mission, operations, and vision.
Starting as the business's first delivery driver, Kaci has held various roles, including CFO, handling the company's taxes and finances, and eventually ascending to CEO in 2021. Kaci recently obtained the State of Ohio WBE certification and is pursuing Federal WBE and small business certifications.
