Paula Theresa Wright, the Founder & CEO of Paula Wright Int., has been recognized as the Spiritual Teacher of the Year by the Female Voice Awards for 2023 created by WomELLE. As an award-winning author, speaker, wellness and spiritual teacher, and entrepreneur, Paula has made significant strides in guiding others toward spiritual and personal fulfillment.
Education and Career
Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master’s in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University. She is an ordained Christian minister, a Master Law of Attraction coach, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and a Yahweh Yoga Teacher, with memberships in the Yoga Alliance and the American Institute of Stress.
Paula’s path to spiritual teaching was shaped by overcoming life challenges, including chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and the pressures of being a single parent. Her transformation began with integrating wellness practices, leading to self-discovery and alignment with her true self. In 2020, after a successful career in the non-profit sector, she fully embraced her calling, moving to Seattle, Washington, and establishing the LIVE FREE PROCESS.
She has co-authored ‘The Keys to Authenticity‘ with Jack Canfield, earning the Editor’s Choice Award for her notable contribution. Her appearances on television and speaking engagements, including sharing the stage with James Malinchak, highlight her influence as a thought leader.
Philosophy and Approach
Paula’s mission is to assist others in living a life filled with freedom, wellness, purpose, and abundance. She believes in empowering individuals to realize their dreams and live authentically. Her books, ‘How to Live Free‘ and ‘Living Abundantly,‘ along with her Breakthrough Workshops, offer insights into her belief system and effective methods for achieving personal goals.
