Her passion for spirituality led her to pivot towards spiritual coaching, which is currently the primary emphasis of her company.

Educational Background and The Call for Spirituality

Dr. Brogan‘s educational background is in healthcare. She has a doctorate degree in public health, an undergraduate degree in healthcare administration, and a master’s degree in education. She worked in healthcare for a few years before transitioning to higher education, where she worked as a professor and educational leader for most of her career. Dr. Brogan also worked as an expatriate in higher education in various countries. 

She established herself as a business and financial coach while also providing spiritual coaching services. Dr. Brogan has always been a spiritual person, and she knew that spirituality would become a significant part of her coaching services. However, it was not until her spiritual team clearly indicated that it was time to add this element to her business that she decided to pivot toward spiritual coaching.

African Spiritual Systems

Dr. Brogan practices two African spiritual systems, the Ifa and Haitian Vodou traditions. Ifa is an African traditional religion that adheres to the tenets of ancestor and nature veneration. It practices monotheism, and communication with the spiritual realm through divination is crucial. Haitian Vodou shares the same foundational principles as the Ifa religion, but it was born on the island of Hispaniola, where it amalgamated African and Taino traditions.

Dr. Brogan creates and publishes spiritual coaching tools that help her clients connect with their spirituality. These tools include books, courses, and other resources that emphasize the Ifa and Haitian Vodou spiritual systems. She makes a humble attempt to relay her ever-growing knowledge of the subject through coaching, writing, teaching and mentoring.

Dr. Brogan relays her knowledge of spirituality through coaching, writing, teaching, and mentoring. She maintains a consistent schedule that allows her to blog and podcast daily, and she limits the number of clients she works with each day to give her best to each one. She has a team of skilled practitioners in both systems who perform most of the spiritual services, and her small team assists her with administrative tasks and graphic design duties. 

Dr. Brogan is passionate about helping others achieve career, business, and financial success. She has books and courses that teach people how to gain employment in the ex-pat workforce or start a business. Though she does not take on long-term clients in these areas, she still offers business and financial coaching as part of her ritual work services.
