Dr. Pruden is dedicated to helping women professionals break through the barriers that have held them back and successfully acquire senior leadership roles. 

The Sister Leaders Academy uses an auditing process to ensure candidates have a well-rounded background ready for senior leadership. The coaching process begins with an audit of each client’s professional work profile to ensure they have the versatile experience required for senior leadership, including leading multi-level employees with budget responsibilities in various settings. They then work with women to communicate their professional successes using technology and analytics and develop a step-by-step blueprint to prepare for interviews and onboard successfully after hire.  

The program also provides education and resources to elevate their leadership skills and prepare them for senior leadership employment recruitment. Dr. Pruden believes that the key skills and qualities women need to develop to succeed in senior leadership positions are forecasting, monitoring, and articulating the business value of processes and services to an organization using analytics.

She has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in the business world, including Les Brown, Lisa Nichols, Dr. George Fraser, and others. Dr. Pruden highlights the importance of women being proactive in their careers and communicating their successes through storytelling and data analytics. Networking is also crucial, as women tend to overlook the importance of building relationships outside the office. Dr. Pruden encourages them to network more in various settings, including swimming pools, golf courses, retreats, and working lunches. She coaches her clients to utilize technology and analytics in all areas of the workplace and stresses the importance of STEM-related tasks and functions. As she puts it, “there is no getting around using STEM-related tasks and functions. I encourage them to utilize the skills regularly.”
