Lisa's journey into the nonprofit sector began with her studies in communications and political science. However, her passion for creating a tangible impact led her to shift gears and pursue a career in philanthropy. During her tenure at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and the RMSC (Rochester Museum & Science Center), Lisa's passion for scientific research foundations flourished.  

Over the course of her career, Lisa has borne witness to significant transformations within the nonprofit sector. She highlights the increasing prevalence of partnerships and collaborations as organizations recognize the need to address complex social issues collectively. Technological advancements have empowered nonprofits to leverage data-driven decision-making, optimize operations, and enhance transparency and outreach.
