Natalie’s journey in the home care industry began in an unexpected way. While studying pre-law in college, she came across a job ad for a scheduling coordinator position at a local home care agency. Despite knowing little about the industry, she took a chance and applied for the position. To her surprise, she quickly fell in love with the work. 

As a staffing coordinator, Natalie gained firsthand experience in the complexities and challenges of scheduling in the home care industry. She witnessed the critical role that caregivers play in providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients and developed a deep respect for the work they do. Her interest in human resources grew, and she saw the importance of effective management and employee engagement in ensuring the success of home care agencies. 

Over time, Natalie became increasingly dedicated to making a difference in the industry. She founded two companies, her own home care agency, and a consulting company, to help other agency owners with their scheduling, recruiting, HR, management, and marketing needs. Today, she is a respected leader in the home care industry, recognized for her expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

As a working mother, Natalie understands the challenges of balancing personal and professional responsibilities. She advises other working parents striving for success in their careers to prioritize self-care and set realistic goals.
