The Anniversary Issue

The November issue of WomLEAD Magazine is always special, and this year, we celebrate the fifth anniversary of the publication that has our heart and soul in it. It has been a wonderful journey so far, and we step into the new year with the hope of more positivity, exciting content, and success. This issue delves into the world of non-profit organizations, which is a great idea for those who want to give back to the community and work towards a cause. We feature amazing women entrepreneurs who are making strides in the industry and have some initiatives that they also take care of as a way to help the community grow further. Their businesses have been born out of their passion for helping people, and what better way than to indulge in some philanthropic activity on the side?

Choosing the Right Idea

Starting a business is risky, and while pondering about making a decision this big, you need to have a checklist. Everyone has business ideas, but not everyone can become an entrepreneur. While there are countless reasons to start a business, you have to decide what your reason is. There are tons of options to choose from, but combining your skills with your passion to also give back to the community may help you start a business that is right for you. Several questions need to be answered – Do you want to start a business for a good reason? Are you fed up with your job and just want to be your own boss, as that sounds great? Do you have what it takes to run a business, which is hard work and diligence above all? A business should have a purpose, and once you understand that, starting off will be easy.
