Throughout her remarkable career, Roxane has garnered notable recognition for her outstanding achievements. From being honored as the Delaware 2022 Mother of the Year, receiving the prestigious Governor's Volunteer of the Year Award in 2021, to the Delaware Press Association Communicator Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020, her dedication to service and excellence has been widely acknowledged.

Sharing her thoughts, Roxane explains, "My husband, Kevin, and I have always cherished our visits to Florida. We have family connections and a timeshare here that have brought us joy throughout the years. However, after experiencing the challenges of the pandemic and enduring many colder winters in the Northeast, we decided it was time to elevate our snowbird plan."   

The serendipity of their choice is evident in Roxane's genuine excitement. "We feel truly fortunate to have the opportunity to live and work in a place that aligns so perfectly with our personal and professional goals, we’re excited to have our children visit us." she adds. The vibrant community of Oviedo and Winter Springs has already welcomed them, and Roxane is thrilled to embark on this new chapter of her career amidst such a supportive and inspiring environment.
