Vonda Page, the founder and CEO of Radical Change, LLC, and most importantly, a trailblazing changemaker, guides leaders and organizations to grow and experience meaningful outcomes. An Equity Mentor, Vonda challenges the current norms and advises on alleviating anti-Blackness and promoting inclusivity in the workplace. Her career spans over three decades as a management consultant, along with being a DEI leader, executive coach, operations trainer, employee productivity specialist, and trusted advisor to senior-level decision-makers. Taking the leap into entrepreneurship, she founded Radical Change LLC in 2020 to help change aspirants to move from “leadership to legendary”. With her other venture Destination Dump DEI, she works at the forefront of anti-Blackness alleviation.
