Culture is one of the factors that can significantly impact the overall success of the brand and the organization. A positive atmosphere and good work culture can help improve the overall workflow. It is the glue that can help bind the team together and help overcome various barriers. One should understand that culture is not built overnight. It can take months and years to create a culture and understand how team and people are a priority in business.

Here, we feature an immensely skilled lady who aims to bring a change in the business world and help organizations create the right work culture. With more than 40 years of experience, Shelley D. Smith has been continuously working to make a change in the culture. She has gained a reputation as the global creator of culture inquiry in the business world. Many business professionals look up to her and rely on her consultancy.

Journey

Just like everyone, Shelley had ups and downs in her journey. However, her determination pushed her to continue achieving her goals. She ensures that she focuses on actual engagement and creates an impact on the businesses. Shelley’s main strength lies in her ability to create the ideal cultural framework. She aims to build an entire package and focus on ground-level things. She ensures that she asks challenging questions to understand the pain points. Her skills and knowledge help her identify the gaps and tap into existing opportunities.

The Rationale Behind Premier Rapport, Inc.

Shelley D. Smith also shares a story about how they built the identity and name for Premier Rapport. She mentioned how her daughter would also share her suggestions. Initially, the name was Think Sky, which her daughter suggested. She also shared the reason behind choosing this name. The hidden meaning of the company’s name relates to building Premium Real Authentic Connections. Hence, they came up with Premier Rapport.

It is imperative to choose the right name for your business. If you’re also in the professional sector or are thinking of launching your own business, you must pay attention to the name. It should be distinctive, authentic, and must resonate with your target audience. Moreover, you should ensure that it is something memorable that people can remember easily.
