"Throughout my career, and just in life in general, I have met countless women who felt less than, without much support, despite carrying extraordinary strength," Staci shares. "I wanted to build a platform where those voices could rise, connect, and inspire. Now more than ever, women need to come together to support one another and be advocates for each other's growth."
